Fashion, beauty, lifestyle and then some.
Kenneth Wong Photography was established in 2000, driven by a passion for image-making that began at age 16. Kenneth’s journey as a storyteller began with visual storytelling, where he discovered the power of images to convey meaning, evoke emotion, and shape narratives. This passion led him to travel halfway across the globe to pursue formal training at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he honed his ability to communicate ideas and stories through pictures. As an assistant to some of Chicago’s finest photographers, he further refined his craft, creating images that are both visually striking and purposefully meaningful.
Upon returning to Singapore in the late 1990s, Kenneth worked across publishing and advertising, crafting visuals that communicated his clients’ messages with clarity and impact. Since founding Kenneth Wong Photography, he has collaborated with a wide range of clients on projects spanning fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond. While visual storytelling remains central to his work, Kenneth’s role goes beyond bringing his clients’ visions to life—he helps shape narratives to ensure every image communicates effectively and meaningfully. Each project reflects his decades of experience and a clear, purposeful approach to storytelling.
In recent years, Kenneth has embraced storytelling in broader forms, sharing his knowledge as an educator in photography, lighting, storytelling, and industry practices at institutions like Lasalle College of the Arts, Nanyang Technological University’s School of Art, Design and Media, and The Glasgow School of Art, Singapore.
Kenneth Wong Photography continues to celebrate the craft of photography as a foundation for storytelling, blending technical skill with creative vision to create work that engages and inspires.
